Recipe For CABBAGE LEMONEE DIP

Simple Dip for some untimely guest:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup thick (hung) curd 1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup grated cabbage 3/4 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup oil 1/4 tsp mustard paste
1/2 tsp pepper pwd 1 small green chilli finely chopped
salt and sugar to taste

METHOD
Blend curd, garlic paste, vinegar, salt and sugar together. Add oil and lemon juice alternately while blending. Lastly add pepper powder, cabbage, mustard paste half the quantity of coriander and chilli.
To serve, transfer in a bowl and garnish with coriander and serve with bread pieces strips of pizza base, or as topping on a biscuits.
